Nestled on the shores of Rollins Lake in the Sierra Nevada foothills, this award-winning retreat space is more than just a stunning Airbnb—it’s the beginning of something bigger. With its glass-walled architecture, wrap-around decks overlooking the water, and a private forest trail to the lake, this space invites deep connection with nature and community.

Built entirely from recycled and sustainable materials and certified by Build It Green and Keep the Sierras Green, the home is a model of eco-friendly design. Featured in Sunset and Dwell magazines, it now expands beyond vacation rentals into experiential hospitality—a hub where practitioners and groups can gather.

Our vision is to host intimate retreats that weave together yoga, sound baths, forest therapy, farm-to-table meals, and unique seasonal offerings like paddleboarding, Watsu water massage, or guided fly-fishing. While the main home sleeps four, we’ve partnered with a neighboring lakefront Airbnb to host up to 12 participants, making it the perfect setting for group experiences.
